I don’t see how you can ride at bear like two times a year and still be considered one of the team riders… No love. I know people have bad days or just don’t feel like “entertaining” a bunch of kooks but still, at least put a small effort. I know you can ride, and you’re only here two times out of a season…

February 24th, 2008 at 9:19 pmhey, from what i saw i was pretty stoked… the hip was awesome! its been a while since bear/summit has had a cool event like this. the park staff built some nice stuff and if it were’nt for the conditions i think it would have been a hell of a rad day…. and to the haters, it’s not the x games and boy oh boy 9’s and 10’s while strollen through the park by no-namers…. chill out bro.

What exactly does impress you? young grommet..Especially when the 10 was thrown on a 30 foot hip with about 4 seconds of hang time. I saw it in person and just about crapped myself.

February 25th, 2008 at 1:32 pmthe event wasnt what it should have seen, but it is the first one. the conditions werent good, and the starting 5 werent allowed to ride the course til finals, they had no warm up. the hip was kinda sketchy, i think people rode well enough. you have t be there to understand what it was like. and riders that film for videos instead of do contests wont put there life on the line for a silly contest, their part at the end of the season is way more important.
oh and fuel tv and john stouffer really understand snowboarding!!!! haha
